S&T Bulgaria e.o.o.d. was founded in 1993 as a subsidiary fully owned by S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG - Vienna.
S&T Bulgaria is founded with the primary goal to distribute the products and represent Hewlett-Packard in Bulgaria. In 1994 and in 1995 S&T Bulgaria added to its portfolio the products of Ohmeda and TomTec. Today S&T Bulgaria is acting as "Premier System Integrator" in the country holding various distribution, maintenance and other partner agreements with HEWLETT-PACKARD, PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS, Fujitsu-Siemens Computers, EMC2, CISCO, MICROSOFT and SUN in order to provide complex solutions in Information Technology.
As part of S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG S&T Bulgaria e.o.o.d. is responsible for the operative business:
- marketing and sales
- technical consulting, project management and training
- hardware and software service
- stocking of spare parts, consumables and demo-equipment
- administration of domestic business
