S&T serves companies along the entire IT value chain in the fields of manufacturing, commerce, telecommunications, public services, financial services as well as energy and utility companies.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Development of new accounts - Build strong professional working relationship with clients. Establish a high level of personal credibility with key client’s decision makers -Research and understand the client's industry. Deeply understand client business strategy and challenges - Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, aggressively shape deals early in the sales cycle - Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in S&T products and capabilities relevant to client business and IT priorities, positioning relative to competitors • Management of existing/assigned accounts - Intensive communication with the clients for development of new opportunities and upselling - Knowledge on clients IT budget and priorities - Positioning of S&T as a preferred partner • Bid-management - Overall responsibility for bid-management offers preparation in cooperation with Business Units • Project Realization - Responsibility for tracking, coordination and completion of project in time, scope and budget for small delivery project - Close cooperation with the Business Units managers and the Project Managers in the complex solution project, steering the project by collaboration with the clients executives • Reporting - Build and execute Account Business Plan - P&L responsibility for the assigned accounts - Responsibility for account planning: forecasting of leads and opportunities by maintaining and updating the CRM database QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Required: • University Degree, preferably with technical background • Experience in Account Management with proven business success in acquisition of complex IT projects • Effective time management skills • Experience in building strong customer/partner relationship • Proficiency in English Personality Prerequisites: • Good presentation and communication skills • Strong customer orientation, high motivation • Technical and entrepreneurial thinking combined with flexible commercial approach • Motivation for continuous learning and development WE OFFER • A dynamic working environment with passionate colleagues • Company culture focused on high performance • A competitive remuneration package related to personal competences and performance • Enormous potential to expand your knowledge in both breadth and depth If you are interested in this challenging position please send your CV and motivation letter in English to careers@snt.bg. |
